With this campaign we have dual heroes. The fantastically diverse assets of Transport for London, and the people who work alongside them on the widest possible range of projects: TfL's graduates. The campaign both celebrates the people and inspires and challenges the next generation to join them in keeping London moving. This campaign asks your target audience to compare the future career trajectory on offer at TfL with those of the other organisations they are considering. We think there’s only one winner. 
There have been over 17,000 applications – 22% higher than last year. Female applications increased by 2% (31% of total applications) and offers to them increased by 10% (41% of all offers made). BAME applications stayed at 43% and disability applications also stayed at 2%.
