With us, they can achieve more - for themselves as well as service users - as part of our positive, proactive community.
We wanted to create a unique visual approach focused on their own people representing the four Quadrants, and featuring key elements of locations across Essex. Showing our people amongst these visual elements reinforces the part that each one of us plays within the communities, as well as creating a sense of place and showcasing the geographical diversity of our county.
How do we progress a route that uses their people in Essex locations, when we’re temporarily unable to do a photoshoot? The solution that not only addresses the current challenge, but would also create unique, bespoke images for their recruitment communications was to collaborate with Illustrator The Red Dress to develop a suite of stunning illustrations that will be used across different channels.
